Hi, I'm Vova Chu.
I am a photographer working with natural light and human stories.
I shoot with a Canon 5D Mark II and a single lens — Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM.
I choose this combination because it stays close to the perspective of the human eye.
My work focuses on presence, character, and the quiet moments between people.
Through portraits and spontaneous scenes, I explore atmosphere, emotion, and the authenticity of a moment.
DIGITAL WORKFLOW:
I work on a MacBook Air 13 M4.
I use only Adobe Lightroom & create my own Presets.
I don't use Adobe Photoshop — my philosophy is to enhance the moment, not alter it.
And I have drone DJI MINI 2 SE.
FILM WORKFLOW:
I also shoot on film and develop manually.
My preference is film ISO 400 . It's about texture, honesty, and time.
